“I believe good health starts with strong foundations.

The way we breathe, sleep and develop facially has a powerful influence on how our brains and bodies grow, function and thrive”

  • With over 15 years of clinical physiotherapy experience in acute hospital care and rehabilitation, I’ve developed a strong passion for a holistic approach to health — one that recognises the deep connection between breathing, sleep, posture, and movement.

  • Over time, I have become increasingly drawn to the impact of facial development, breathing patterns and sleep quality on overall health — especially in children.

This curiosity led me to complete further training in orofacial myofunctional therapy, which has reshaped how I understand movement, function and long-term wellbeing.

  • Today, I support both children and adults to optimise facial function, tongue posture, breathing efficiency and sleep health.

Whether it’s guiding early intervention in jaw and airway development or retraining habits in adulthood, my goal is to help clients and families make lasting, meaningful changes that support regulation, growth and vitality.

  • At Flow Physiotherapy, I bring together traditional physiotherapy principles with a whole-person lens.

I support both children and adults to optimise the way they breathe, sleep, move and function — through evidence-based, individualised therapy and clear, collaborative care.

  • As both a clinician and a parent, I understand the importance of feeling heard and supported.

I’m here to offer clarity, compassion and evidence-informed care — helping you move forward with confidence and ease.
