Connection Call - 15 minutes

New clients.

A 15 minute phone or video call to discuss your concerns and determine whether an Initial Assessment at Flow Physiotherapy would be appropriate.

During this call, we will review your current symptoms, answer questions about our assessment process, and guide you on the next steps.

Please note that this call does not include physiotherapy treatment and is intended to help you decide on the most suitable appointment.

Initial Consultation - up to 60 minutes
$195.00

New clients.

This consultation includes a comprehensive physiotherapy assessment and treatment/management of your concerns. We discuss your history, including sleep, breathing, medical and dental factors where relevant.

The session may include posture, airway and orofacial assessment, photos, measurements, and initial exercises or strategies. Education, habit retraining, and discussion of potential referrals are included as appropriate.

For most clients, the assessment process continues into a second consultation so findings can be reviewed and treatment progressed.

Follow-up Consultation - up to 60 minutes
$195.00

Existing clients.

This consultation includes ongoing physiotherapy assessment and treatment/management of your individual needs.

Sessions may involve reviewing progress, reassessing posture, breathing, or orofacial function, and progressing exercises, strategies, or myofunctional therapy techniques as appropriate.

Education, habit retraining, and coordination with other health professionals (e.g., GP, dentist, ENT) may also be included to support your goals.
